Regular blood pressure checks ensure that members stay on top of their health.

 

Educational programs cover topics from safety to current legislation, keeping everyone informed and engaged.

 

For those in need, the center provides canes, wheelchairs, and walkers on loan, ensuring mobility isn't a barrier to participation.
